All the personal information is required from authors to submit their presentation on this platform. You may decline to provide your personal data. In this case, however, you will not be able to duly and validly upload your proposed presentation.

Virott & Associados Lda, Lisbon, Portugal, as Data Processor, only collects and uses personal data necessary to evaluate, communicate, manage, and publish submissions to Metal 2022, the 10th Interim Meeting of the ICOM-CC Metals Working Group. Therefore, your personal data will be only accessible to the ICOM-CC Secretariat, the 2020-2023 ICOM-CC Metals Working Group Coordinator, the Metals 2022 Conference Chair, the Metals 2022 Program Committee, the publication Copy Editor and Publisher as well as the staff involved in processing the data at the firm Virott & Associados Lda, Lisbon, Portugal.

Your personal data will not be shared with any third party and will be kept as long as necessary for the purposes related to the presentation of the conference. 2 years after the end of the event Metal 2022, the 10th Interim Meeting of the ICOM-CC Metals Working Group, all the personal data collected will be deleted.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data that you accepted to share. Under certain circumstances, by law you have also the right to:
